Shipping & Returns
All purchases are shipped via USPS. Five At Seven orders are filled as promptly as possible. Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time for shipping. Some orders can take up to 5 days to leave our warehouse regardless of your chosen shipping method. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Orders are processed and delivered during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. central time) excluding holidays. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Returns or exchanges on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 days of receipt of purchase for store credit or even exchange. All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchanges on SALE merchandise will not be accepted, NO exceptions.
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make an attempt to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and shipping will be billed to you again. If it is still within the 14 day return period, you may choose to have your purchase(s) refunded via store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we do not receive a response from you, it is our policy to restock the ill returned goods. Please note that unclaimed packages will not be refunded once restocked.
